The only issue I noticed is that debris and water can collect on top of the unit. It would definitely need to be caulked to prevent water damage inside the wall over and around the window. Definitely inside manual or electric operation for home security.

Greetings How do you deal when the tablets starts to spread like 1-2cm when you open? I mean, the tablet goes plastic bushing + stainless steel screws, when you open, the tablets starts to pull apart.

Why not use rubber stoppers at the bottom of the track. So that the Rolling track can not go up to far.

Did you mount to the window frame and was it Vinyl or wood ? We have new Construction Vinyl windows and don’t think we can mount to the frame.
