What is the name of dish?
@aquarian4realsАй бұрын
I don't know why I've never made this dish before but i will now. Thank you for this video! I love that you used black peppercorn. I'm very picky with seasonings. Like, i would never use chicken bouillon but that's optional. I'm so glad i watched this video before just trying it out. I always wondered how to caramelize the sugar. Now i know! Just use water on medium heat.. thanks beautiful Ohn 🙏

Hands-down, the spiciest noodles I’ve ever had in my life and the flavour is absolutely amazing. I went to an Asian store looking for hot noodles didn’t know what I was buying and was lucky enough to find these and it is the best decision Ive made in a long time. I’m literally going on a road trip to an Asian store four hours away just so I can get these again. ❤

You didn't add tamarind to make it more sour?
@EatLifewithMaryJayne8 ай бұрын
I did add tamarind. It's the brown paste shown with the ingredients at the beginning.

Nice roast! I like to sear mines using a Cast Iron pan. Also I use beef bone broth to make more gravy. I use a little mustard seed in my seasoning with half a tablespoon of honey. It's good to switch it up. Only rule with a roast beef is don't overcook it!
@EatLifewithMaryJayne8 ай бұрын
Thanks! I'll have to try it your way sometime. 🙂
