right of way....the boat to the right (starboard) from 12 o'clock , straight ahead of "your " boat to 22.5 degrees aft...back, of straight out to the right...hold your right arm out and back half of 45 degrees....all that is theirs. maintain speed and steering. or slow to allow the other guy to pass in front of you. it's law. ( for which there is no license or agreement ) (which is what is real cra cra)

Boating is dangerous, always have situational awareness. Boat could've prevented the crash if he let the jet ski people ahead of them. This is due to boat rage on the lake and we need to see the film as the uploader most likely recorded and edited it to his favor. Most likely shouting and a bunch of middle fingers were projected before the crash
