It’s better than it was, for sure. I don’t really love the color of her highlights but it may be the lighting or a filter on the camera, to me they are very yellow. I’ve had this same thing happen to me by a hairstylist I had been seeing for over a year; I had bleeding highlights all over my roots just like your client and was leaving for Europe to visit my in-laws in 5 days. The stylist just shrugged and said she wasn’t available to fix the mess before I had to leave. Needless to say I found someone else to fix it for me and never went back to her. The hairdresser who ruined my highlights never followed up with me either to see if I wanted it fixed when I came back. She just ruined my hair and proceeded to pretend I never existed. She’s lucky I didn’t expose her on Yelp and Google reviews... I kind of regret not having said something on Yelp though.

What can help your hair grow and stop falling out?

I love charcoal bleach. My hair always gets stuck at the gold/yellow stage with most bleaches. The charcoal bleach really tones out that stubborn gold and makes toning so much easier for me. I highly recommend charcoal bleach for anyone who's also got stubborn orange/gold when lightening.

I have really long hair I have learned my lesson to not go into salons they never listen doesn't matter wm how much you are spending, and my whole life girls used to tell me to cut my hair because it's better now those same girls spend thousands on fake hair and extensions and they still tell me to cut my hair 😒

No this happened to me quite literally as a kid I went to a hair salon and the guy there cut my hair so short and on top of that it wasn't even close to even(no pun intended). My mom took me to another hairstylist to fix the way it wasn't straight but that took some length as well. It was like a disturbingly short bob. Sad life, well now I'm not letting scissors near my hair so it grew more than waist long but I don't regret it.
