Remember to not go cheap always put new bolts in. Just spent thousands of dollars replacing flywheel housing and clutch because the old bolts snapped and the ones that didn't stripped out and everything come apart driving down the road.

What about when u have to remove it lol

use a long 6mm allen socket on the egr cooler mounting straps if you have one you won’t have to worry about bending the straps

Good job thanks for the video. Quick question : my engine break works really rough at position 3, creating so much vibration - that makes me disengage it, or use position 2 which doesn't hold that good down hill. Any advise what to look for, would help. Engine is 2016 Volvo D13 518k miles. Original Injectors. Valve adjustment done twice in its life. Problem existed before last valve adjustment and did not go away after. Thank You.

Tell me again how these emissions things actually help the environment? Eventually all the crud goes somewhere. Meanwhile the truck can’t breathe and it starts burning more fuel to overcome.

Those types of injectors are Delhi EUI they don't have lower o'rings if you put lower o'rings make injector cavity bro

Wasn't the turbine wheel housing you took off. It was the compressor cover with a aluminum compressor wheel.

We are replacing the square seal at the water pump housing. I noticed you said it was a good seal to go out due to injector cups. Does that mean there’s deterioration due to fuel in the coolant eating at that seal? Thanks
