I'm very late and I'm sure it's been said but Here Comes the Sun most certainly qualifies as a riff! Even if it doubles as a vocal melody/motif/. One of the best riffs of all time, at that.

I pre-ordered mine when they first went on sale way back, back in 1988 or whenever that was. Not much a fan of the creepy, weird baby cover but the music is what counts and I certainly look forward to hearing that in a few days.

The packaging is very cool. I got the 2 LP with the bonus 7” preorder. I also am getting the CD. I can’t wait! The film was officially released by the way. On the Band On the Run Archive Collection DVD. I’ll be talking about it on this coming Wednesday in preparation for the album release.
