Rosebud was definitely not one of Preminger's best, but what a score! I had never even heard of Laurent Petitgerard, and I consider myself something of a connoisseur of film music.

porém digo,o filme foi lindo no começo, e muito curto um bom filme de terror, mas a música caia bem para um filme de amor, ou seja um filme romântico ❤❤.

I love sacks of gut like this sheriff,,,, it reminds me of Carlsbad New Mexico ,,,where the caverns are ….. it’s truly red neck heaven… not that long ago they still had whites only places to drink ,,, like the Rex bar or toddy ally bar …. It’s changed some now but still ful of these family’s that would not dare have any thing but whites in their family ,,,their kids don’t talk to anyone outside their race and act like shit with all outside races ,,,, my neighbor is like that but he knows I’ll beat his ass if it comes to disrespect so they just make it clear that they can’t talk to us ,,,it’s alright with me ,,,last thing I need is a red neck in my life… I get along with everyone but use to go out of my way to check these cats … I learned to fight in a 9 by 12 cell where you got to know what your doing thanks to one of these red neck judges that didn’t like the fact that I took something that was mine to begin with from a white man so on my 17 th BD I went to a man’s prison ,,, first offense ,, a minor and had a future in the military plus what I took was mine ,,, they didn’t want to finish paying for it so I took it back … we’ll in this part of the great usa,,, at that time a white man was always right over a black or brown man … that caused me to play the race game but towards whites ,,most of my life I would pick an issue with tub of gut red necks ,,,most are as smart as a rock so never saw it coming … all and all it was real easy you just have to move first and hard and be willing to go way past the norm. … oh man the good ol days… nowadays they hide and pick on the weak so you never know who they are,,,it’s not like the old days when they didn’t hide and just took it for granted that play that card and get away with it,,,now they know better ,,,even most white folks hate a racist tub of lard like this sheriff… excuse my manor and the way I talk but I didn’t grow up with gang problems or even homelessness like city kids ,,, west Texas and this part of southeast New Mexico are still very much racist but like I say most hide it to your face cause that’s what cowards do especially when a fool like me is pretty much always ready to ask ,,, what did you just say … 2 days ago I went to a livestock show with my ,, white 7 year old kid …he’s like real white 100%… you should have seen the looks we got ,,, the womenfolk kept there kids from talking to my 7 year old ,,, one old broke down cow went and got her ,,, looked like grand kids from talking to my cool ass little man … just the glare from her told me everything…. Oh yeah you ever want to see true red necks go to a livestock show or even 4H deal ….. the kids may be cool but the grown ups now those are the type that will not ever let anyone outside their race be a part of the family…. At that point the kids haven’t been schooled on race issues yet ,,,YET … by the time them kids hit high school they will know STAY AWAY FROM THEM BLACKS AND MESKINS,,,,, BY THEN THEY WILL BE WELL ON THEIR WAY TO BEING trump SUPPORTERS …. ALSO WELL SCHOOLED ON WHO YOU CAN BE FRIENDS WITH…. That’s southeast New Mexico for you ,,,shit everyone knows what west Texas is …. The KKK wouldn’t have an issue getting a foot hold anywhere in west texas…. Weather they admit it or not west texas ,,, the patch in particular has the most hide out racist I’ve ever seen … the majority can’t fight a lick so they act to that side on the D L … I’ve never spent any amount of time anywhere else but New Mexico ,,, texas ,,,Colorado ,,,Arizona and of course Las Vegas ,,,we all go there for cheap booze and nonstop action… but anyway ,,,, I gotta get away from this I pad and go make the $$$ …. If you think I’m wrong with what I say ,,, comment on this ,,,I’m cool with it ,,,if you grew up around these coward ass racist,,,you would feel the same way …either way if feel I’m wrong tell me…..

To my Beloved in Tennessee. This was the music of my heart forty-seven years ago when we were together. From the moment I met you, I felt as though I had loved you all my life. Though our time was short, it was the most wonderful time of my life. You are the only woman I have ever or will ever love. I wish you all the warmth and happiness that life can bring. And I hope that I rest as warmly in your heart as you do in mine. God Bless You.

Hi Mariel1958! I'm sumirecolor from Japan. KZbin recommended your video. I saw the title and decided to watch it. I remember I watched this movie a long time ago. That's Ralph Nelson's picture and Candice Bergen and other actors acted in it. Although the story was cruel and sad, I feel the song is beautiful. Thank you^^
