What if: I have 3 equipped characters and they all get hit one at a time this turn. Do I add a seeker token every time plus the roll after every single attack?

I'm confused. The Hellfire Gala set seems extremely strong, but isn't because people are making a mistake? Replacing a dice should only replace the hit number right? This would make scoring a hit much easier which in itself is strong as hell. What it shouldn't do is activate the High Fashion Trait since Double's weren't actually Rolled like the high fashioned trait states. 2022 and 2023 rulebook makes a note that the wording is the key to traits, when it comes to whats allowed, and whats not. So am I wrong in thinking the traits are being used further than it should have. This simple mistake made this set much stronger than they should have been?

Thanks for the comment. High Fashion is looking for a finalized attack roll of 5 & 5. Effects that increase/decrease/or change the total to a ten would not trigger, but replacing dice is different as it actually removes one of the die in the roll and puts the new die in place as the result of the roll...so the roll then resulted in 5 & 5. For reference, see Comp Rules 12.2b Attack Roll and 21.4 Replacing Dice.

@TucsonTabletopGaming Oh ok gotchathis caused me and my brother a lot of grief last week when we couldn't agree on how it really worked. I see where I was making a mistake. This is really a powerful box set, I mean wow!! Even the Avengers gala isn't this powerful, and it's newer. Are there any other marvel box sets that can rival this sets synergy and power?

Correct me if im wrong but don't only the top layer of terrain count as what it is, so he couldn't smoke in his scuare if he's in water?

Yes top terrain marker. In the video example, you'll see the six smoke markers around his square and then a water marker in his square. Since he is in water and the swim symbol, opponents will need to be within 4 squares to target him....plus any line of fire crossing the smoke markers will be hindered, so his stealth kicks in.

What about a TK range terrain action against an opponent that is standing on the terrain? Can you pick it up and slam it on them with TK? What if the opponent on the terrain has stealth?

Good question. With TK Range Terrain, you never really 'pick up' the marker, so you would still need to be able to see the target for the range attack while the terrain in on the map. After resolutions the marker is destroyed. Example, if the target has stealth, is in hindering, and the attacker has no way of seeing the target for the range attack....they couldn't make the attack. If you can see the target that is standing on/in the terrain, you can make a TK range attack using the terrain they are standing on as long as the terrain meets the criteria spelled out in TK and is not smoke/water.
