Really enjoyed listening to Saw's perspective on the different players he's worked with in the past. Thanks for the content!

Finally someone has made a video about Bleed, Kassad has been doing some great work with shrewd signings. Now all he needs to do is to get Maui to stop cursing Bleed and they'll do fine. Really excited to watch the team.

48:10 Oh no, this is not good comparison QUake - Formula 1 at all. In Formula 1 20 drivers are driving, but millions are competing to get into F1. Those millions dedicate whole their life since like being 4y old, their parents very often sell all they have just to finanse their kids to improve their racing skills, buy better gokarts etc etc. WHile in QUake there is like only 7 real pro players with sponsors etc, 3 other top level players that are (were) in QPL, but they have a normal job, and maybe like 10-20 other ppl, who have normal job, and play quake on a more casual side, but are just very good compared to other 1000 player base, so they can "compete" in QPL qualifiers, but is is more like a pretending to compete, as we all know that top 10 is almost set in stone in QUake, maybe 2 places can be replaced in qualifires.

I think potti could have still been a good fit in 2005-2006 but he had no motivation. His gameplay was vintage but still had crisp aim and was a smart player. Heaton was just a bad player in 2005. His gameplay just didnt evolve

If you are a pro and you dont watch Thorin, you have low chances of acheiving the greatness.

"greatness comes from mastery of the fundamentals" video actually changed my life when I watched it in 2016. I probably watched that video without exaggerating 15-20 times and I believe its the true gamechanger for anything in life. When I have to get good at something I always ask myself "What are the fundamentals in this craft?" and then I drill the fundamentals like a madman. It always helped me exceed my peers and open up paths for me in life. This rule applies not only to become the best at something (which I never achieved) but also on just becoming good. Sometimes being in the top 5% in something can be a huuuge gamechanger in life. Mastering the fundamentals is the key to reaching the top 5% in anything consistently. I have full confidence, that I can reach the top 5% in anything regardless of my talent just by following that route. Life changing advice and just wanted to say thanks to you Duncan for that video back in the day! A simple video like that can change somebodies life without you ever hearing from that person.

Jackeylove was really young in his career when all the bad plays happened and people keep repeating it. But still I'd rather have an aggressive Jackeylove who will occasionally throw games over Rekkles who will play for KDA.
