When l listen to the blue danube, it doesn't immediately take me to space, more to Vienna on new years day. It certainly did not evoke space before being used in Kubrick's film, where as Holst's planets and some of 'Weather Report's' early albums, you could be no where else.

FYI, I watched this Light Show and it was fantastic and more impressive than this short clip. The church itself was under restoration for 25 years and I always was wondering if I will live to see it ever getting finished which finally happened in 2023.

This was this biggest waste of money for our entire trip through 4 countries. You can see a better performance from the local teenagers if you live in a horse area. Sure it doesn't have the fancy building, but the one in our area (Strathcona County, Alberta) at least includes lemon aid for the $5 admission.

@@Vienna Vienna was a great experience overall, the castle library, the government buildings, public garden, walking in Stephanplatz and an amazing concert in an old church. We'd go back in a second!

Great question! The permanent exhibition at the Wien Museum on Karlsplatz is free to visit for everyone and is planned to remain free indefinitely. It’s part of the museum’s mission to make Vienna’s history accessible to as many people as possible.
