Man sagt ja immer, dass die Deutschen die Bratwurstnation No1 sind. Aber in Wien wirst du eines besseren belehrt. So viele unterschiedliche Bratwurstsorten habe ich weder in Berlin noch im Ruhrpott gesehen. Berlin ist eh nur noch auf "wer macht die beste Currywurst" und ansonsten wirst du in ganz Deutschland nicht die Wiener Auswahl haben. Respekt.

Ach, ich liebe mein Wien... Ich vermisse es Morgens ausgespuckt von der Nacht am Donaukanal entlang zum nächstbesten Würschtlinger zu hatschen. Hervorragende und sympathische Picks.Leute wie der Lukas machen/halten die Stadt jung. Toll editiert und wirklich angenehmes Tempo. Ich weiß es ist schlecht zu vergleichen, doch es erinnert einwenig an die Action Bronson "f*ck thats delicious"-Reihe (im besten Sinne). bitte mehr 💐

After many tasty encounters with German Leberkäse over the years, one of the first things upon arrival in Vienna was find me the nearest Gumprecht, and dived into the Pferdeleberkäse: delicious, a more robust taste and texture with the mix of Pferdefleisch. I'm coming back soon, and I'll be going back for more Pferdeleberkäsesemmel.

Lukas Mraz, the unbelievable king of austrian cuisine. He just gets it - locally, seasonally sourced ingredients, transformed into something very stylish, new and well crafted. The pickled elderflower really got me. Amazing!
