Hello, I was wondering if you could help me or give me some pointers to try and fix this light issue I have. I got the OmniPL retrofit kit and installed it on my ProLogic panel and everything works great except the lights… when I turn them on they turn on for about 10 seconds then they turn off and stay off. I tried different shows, fixed lights, modes (UCL, CL 4.0 etc) and it does the same thing. What could be causing this? I followed the instructions to a T. Also, when the lights turn on they always turn on to a dark violet/pink color and nothing else, I hit red, blue, green, white and none work… only the violet/pink color. Also, my lights are ColorLogic 4.0. 2 pool lights and 2 spa lights, appear to be all wired to the same relay. Any help/advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you

For the record today is Wednesday November 21st 2023 and the light is still out and no problem passing inspection…so for a 2005 dodge 4.7 v8 bought brand new to date I’ve only had to reply one a/c blower motor and it was about 50 bucks one 02 sensor which was like 20 bucks and one egr valve that was about 50 bucks …so 120.00 dollars is all I’ve had to put in to this dodge Durango in like 18 years …so it’s safe to say for a suv it was a good choice

thanks alot, i installed my omniPL a few days ago and you are correct, my color logic 4.0 worked fine as soon as i got the PL system up and running, easy replace for my old aquaplus, Love the system, nice on the phone with wifi. I put a new transformer in also ,just to have everything new as mine was 8 years old, and looked a little burnt. Thanks for all your help, and you are right love this new omniPL.

HI, can you answer a question for me please? I have the hayward colorlogic 4.0 lights 2 of them, one at each end of pool. I have the aquaplus controller , it controls my lights now, in the omniPL instructions it says (If the control is using networked colorlogic lights, the lights must be put into "standalone(default) mode before disconnecting the control). Or do you know if i would have to do this? Been looking everywhere. Oh by the way nice video, thanks for doing this. helped out alot!!

I know u were not trying to do all just for the egr🤣. I manage to replace my EGR without removing all those extra stuff and sucked. Good shit man.

If your watching this ..I programmed it in and it is a dynamite system ..I will do more vids ..we had to put a new deck in and cut the manifold for all new valves ..but it’s a killer new board

Also check the installation video I did on the egr valve and show that bottom gasket down and in place ...people tinker and talk chit about removal but they never show you how it goes back together and if the light went off and stayed off...and yes it’s still off

Hey guys if you look on the rest of the Vids ...you can see that those bolts were rusted in there good and the breaker bar was also to help stay level as you tork insuring not to strip or break the bolt

This video is the new thermostat housing assembly installed without the thermostat in yet ..it’s a three step process after you remove back plate sponge snap pins holding the wiring harness and some vacuum lines and covers to access back of motor ..The black backing plate and sponge slide down and to the left to remove them towards the the passenger side than remove bolt from radiator coolant line attached in thermostat housing assembly just let it drop do not remove ..Than unbolt thermostat housing assembly 3 bolts and take out with heater lines attached ...everything slide out to the left ...the bolts removed attached the radiator coolant line and heater lines are used to counterbalance for reinstall ..replace Gasket and O rings on all parts ...it can be done but no one would touch it ..there are a total of 12 bolts that get removed a 15 13 and 10 mil sockets with extension and swivel sockets needed ..I used a 3/4 inch plywood to lay on top of to make it more comfortable working from the top ... I wish I had videos the whole process but it took me three times to do as there were no vids yet to help but after just doing thermostat than heater gasket and O rings ... it is the black 1 1/2 inch approx.. O ring seal on the assembly that is on the inside of the thermostat housing assembly that was faulty...🤠

Don't want to burst you bubble but that's not a world record. A giant? Most definitely, HOWEVER I have caught at least 3 longnose gar over 6 feet long and one weighed 68 pounds while striper fishing on Lake Murray in South Carolin. Great catch though!
