I love Osaka, Kobe and Nara. I think they're my favorite area of Japan and they're a good starting place for traveling to other areas of Japan as well.
@MegLog_JAPAN2 сағат бұрын
Yes, definitely true. It's a good start to traveling around Japan.

My friends in Tokyo say that the bad behaviour they see is primarily from mainland China. This is too bad. The rules abused, now everyone will have to suffer the consequences
@inkochan4 сағат бұрын
Foreign visitors would feel everying is still cheaper in Japan even if the dual pricing will be implemented as YEN is so weak . If the Japanese currency get stronger Japanese marchants will adjust the foreigner price accordingly to keep foreign customers.

When purifying yourself at a temple. Did you cup the water to drink? Or was it to let the water run down your face?
@MegLog_JAPAN19 сағат бұрын
It is to let the water run down on your face

Hey Meg, thanks for the informative video. I try to download Pasmo app in my android phone, but the app is in japanese language and not able to go beyond the first page. The only alternative is to purchase physical Pasmo or suica, right?
@MegLog_JAPAN19 сағат бұрын
You cannot buy physical suica or Pasmo right now.
@MegLog_JAPAN19 сағат бұрын
You need to get either a welcome Suica, Pasmo Passport, Icoca in Tokyo.

One odd thing in Japan is their obsession with sweet potato... This is simply a staple food similar to potato where I'm from

What the heck is with tourists in Japan these last few years… “be a decent human” is becoming a lost art form. At this rate, Japan will close its borders before I have saved enough money to visit.

Hi, May I share the most important news you will ever hear in life? God the Father sent His holy Son Jesus Christ(Y'shua Ha' Mashiach) from heaven to earth, to be born of a virgin. He grew up and died on the cross for our sins. He was put into a tomb for 3 days, and then Abba Father raised Jesus to life and He appeared to people and went back to Heaven. We must all sincerely receive Jesus to be a true child of God. It says in John 1:12 "But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name." Will you genuinely believe on Christ Jesus and truly receive Him today, before it is too late?

I can’t find Welcome Suica Mobile. The Suica card app has no option to translate to English. It feels like Japan is purposefully making life harder for tourists to discourage them from visiting.

Good information. One thing on one mentions about Smart Ex is that it's difficult to register a credit card there. We tried 6 different CC's and it wouldn't take any of them, All were MC or Visa.
