We are looking at staying here the second week of July 2024. Some of the reviews I've read said there were long lines everywhere, that the property is a mile wide so finding restaurants was difficult, and beach and pool chairs are difficult to get. Is that true?

You can achieve the same effect with plain petroleum jelly. It doesn't actually "heal" per se, it prevents a scab from forming. Without the antibacterial element in the Neosporin, it is just petroleum jelly. The antibacterial component will distrupt the skins microbiome & create more acne in the long run.

Scabs take at least a week to heal maybe longer and then PIH. Tried this last night and said it cant be worst right. It worked, and beyond my expectations. I got big crater after 2 times squeezing pimple that left big crust. That crust I scratchet again and left with hole. Made this over night but with Mupirocin (in Europe) and bandaid and in morning litteraly was shocked.
