Hey Leone Dyer, I saw the videos on your channel. Your video content is excellent. To grow & increase the view of your channel you need to optimize your videos. SEO Score is very low. The title, Description, and Tags are not SEO-friendly. Videos are not shared on Social Media platforms and many other problems are found on your KZbin Channel. If your channel is optimized a little and if the videos are SEO friendly then your channel will rank very fast and your channel will grow. So immediately need SEO for your Videos & KZbin channel. Do you want to improve those problems and grow your KZbin Channel?

My goodness! Old habits die hard, don't they? We're not supposed to "brag" about doing well, we're supposed to stay "humble" and discount our achievements. Where does that get you? Nowhere!

I soooo needed this talk today! I am going back to watch your previous videos. Thank you very much for sharing your time with others. I have recently been rudely awakened to the fact that people pleasing has been detrimental to my life in many, many ways.

Hey there! I hope you are having a good time. I visited your KZbin channel and I saw your video content is very good but the problem is in your videos have not much engagement because your video SEO score is red signal which is very normal. Its main reason is in your video keywords section area is not perfect. Due to which your videos are not reaching more people. So, advice from me for you. At first you have to fix your video's keyword section area, like if I briefly explain to you, you need to SEO related title selection for your video, write an attractive SEO related description and research high ranking keywords according to niche on your videos.

I'm so glad you figured out what was really happening because it was so clear to me! I love it that you were trying to achieve a "personal best" in the grocery store but something/someone was getting in your way. There's a metaphor in there for sure!

On Saturday and or Sunday morning around 8 a.m., after I've had breakfast, done some chores, etc., I sit down on my fancy loveseat and watch the birds in the backyard with my cat in my lap. We do this for about 20 minutes. It's really nice.

I appreciate what you are trying to do to help others feel worthy. However, we should consider this. If we look to others for compliments in order to feel worthy, we will be very disappointed. Many compliments are hard to come by, and especially from those who don't even know us. How can anyone else judge who I am, and what qualifies them to praise me or not? The woman could just as easily have said, "Oh, well, whatever floats your boat," when you told her what you did. Would you also listen to THAT response and internalize it? Why not? Others influence us too much, and they have little insight sometimes into how their communications affect us. We believe that just because we don't take a compliment and brag about our accomplishment, we feel unworthy. Not necessarily. I don't take compliments well, but not because I don't feel worthy. I don't because self glory seems shallow. We do better, I believe, in knowing we are valuable simply because we are alive. We don't have to buy a bigger ticket than the one we already have. Then we can learn to be humble, for whatever or whoever we are did not happen without others that taught us along the way. Even the hardships strengthened us. Hateful people made us get stronger. Confused people taught us compassion. Those who are watchful for compliments are those who have given their strength away, and are waiting for others to give it back. Know that you already know who you are, a sacred being, and the lack of response, in my book, just means you are humble about it, and that is the best of the best you can be.

Ok, wow! So you guys didn't purchase any food stuff (sauce, ingredient, etc) that had sugar in the ingredient list?! I'm impressed! I think I would empty out my entire pantry if did that and I'm a from scratch cook. Also, does this mean I have to cut out wine? Or is that a natural sugar? lol ❤️ Great video Leone!

Yes! we took out everything that contained sugar....everything. Wine is a tough one. I would say only one glass is better than several. And there are those times that wine is just needed.

Thanks for that. It is hard and I think you're right that we need to step back and let them go through it. Where do you draw the line though? If someone is endangering their own life or the life of others, do you try to help? I once decided to NOT let someone drive drunk (really drunk). It meant that my husband drove his vehicle and I followed in mine so that my husband could get home. In the moment I knew I had to step IN, not back, because I thought about him, his wife and their two kids and realized that it was far more important to get him home safely.

LOVE!!! It's so hard to watch them struggle and not swoop in to save the day, but failing and struggle are essential to mastery . So I have a question. How do we find time to take care of ourselves (self-care) when we are so busy taking care of others (i.e, kids, marriage, aging parents). I know it's important, but it's hard to not feel guilty when I take time for myself, even if it's just a long soak in the tub. Love your videos and your calming presence! Keep them coming! ❤️💎

Goddess Arriving, great question. I view self care as, "If Momma is not well, no one is well". But completely understand feeling guilty soaking in the tub when there is SOOO much to do. This is a perfect topic for an upcoming video. Thanks for the suggestion.
