With all due respect to this company and the beauty of the movement, my Invicta keeps perfect time for under $100.00. I hope the wealthy people who own these watches find value in them.

I wonder why these luxury watch brands never clean or decorate the underside of the dial it's always burnt, scratched, paint splattered? Yes you'd never see it, But you never see the top of the main plate holding the date disc yet it has Perlage, Anglage etc, Just a thought since they're famed for finely handcrafted details and finishing?

There is no god.... This watch is a masterpiece of intelligent design and engineering with a specific purpose.... But the engineer that made the watch and is servicing it......came about with random chance and mutations and has no ultimate purpose. "Sir" richard "dork"-kins

Oh wow. Looks amazing, although as a layperson, I am in no position to judge. This is the first time I see something like this and right off the bat it scares me what can go wrong. It sure makes me not wanting to own a manual watch.

Its a fun fact but its somehow the same than asking how much is worth the paint that went into a Picasso... The worth of the end product has to be way above the price tag of the RAW material. Furthermore, all the 18K gold that goes into a Rolex is made and cast by them with their own recipe so its even more unique and special. You simply cannot compare their gold with any other gold. Also their brand power is arguably unmatched.

Two or three years ago, I finally had my Omega Seamaster 300M, that I bought new in 2001, professionally serviced by Omega. I’m not a rich, but I’ve always had an insatiable appreciation for quality and craftsmanship. Which is why I originally bought the watch years ago to commemorate when I started my first professional job. The servicing cost $600 at the time, which is more than most people pay for a watch brand new, and is why it took me a while to finally have it done. But watching this video, I completely do understand why it costs so much to be serviced. The intricate knowledge of not only the countless parts, but exactly how they come apart and go back together, and how to clean, lubricate, and know when to replace them astounds me. I’m a very visual person with a good memory, but this blows my mind.

I have a WWII era automatic triple watch. It's a Swiss company started making Automatic watches way before Rolex. Looks old but just tilt it once and it starts running smooth like water.
