I'm from Chicago, We make the burger with the chopped olives mixed in the beef with chopped onions. On the bun we put mayo, lettuce and tomato. It's less messy but still delicious.

Those look pretty darn good to me! I like that you didn’t overfill the corn husks, but made them more manageable to pick up and eat by hand if you want. I’m going to be trying this recipe for sure, thank you, Chris!😃

I actually made this today ! Not this channels recipe but from another. Did not see this channel earlier. Slightly different Recipe but it turned out Great ! I made the Peru Chicken too !! Charcoal grilled it on a round Weber !! Kids loved it !! But yeah pretty Spicy !!

This is a good rub. Tweak it the way you want too. I usually add some extra cayenne and omit celery seed.

When you flip it, you should flip it a quarter turn. then when you flip it again, it should be a quarter turn as that lets you know that you’re on a hot grill not the same spot that has cooled
