If you don't mind, please tell me the online school you went to. I've researched for hours to find one in my state (Louisiana) where I can do distance learning & even the ASBN programs are only for ppl in certain states, mine is NEVER included. I am so frustrated & desperate to find a nursing program that will allow me to learn hybrid. Thx in advance 😔🙏

I went to WGU (Western Governor’s University). Last I checked, they don’t have offerings available in Louisiana, but they do offer school in various states if moving to one of them is an option for you? The school was intense (as all nursing school is), but I did well and it helped me work full-time and be single mom while attending nursing school. I’m now almost a month away from my DNP and felt that WGU created a solid framework for success in my future endeavors. Good luck!

Thank you. I am a licensed cosmetologist and wanting to become a cosmetic nurse in California. Unfortunately in California you can’t just got to school for laser technology you have to have your nursing degree first . In Nevada you can just go into laser technology school and in 3 to 6 months be working . Because I live in California I was looking into online nursing school . Any advice on this topic ?

Once you finish the pre licensure program can you take the nclex to become an RN or is there another program to become an RN. I’m a cps social worker with a BSW but desperately want to be a nurse. Unfortunately with my caseload I have to do mostly online and clinicals local to me in NC. I just can’t find a school in my searches.

Yes! I actually just graduated their BSN program and there are pros and cons. I’m planning on making a video about this now that I’m finished.

Hey! I actually just graduated from their program and am waiting to get the ATT to schedule my NCLEX. There are definitely pros and cons. Now that I’m finished with the program, I’m planning on recording a video about my experience. Also, one regarding tips to succeed!

OMFG! This video was meant to be! I just finished my Exams in my second semester in Nursing, literally 6 hours ago. I have to transfer because my husband is active duty...The closest College to where we are going, is an hour and 45 mins away. I was searching the wrong thing because I wasn't aware you could sub-locate to do clinicals!!!

I am trying to figure out a solid program to start online, affordable, with no LPN credential required for an ADN program. I am currently a CMA. I have no interest in getting a LPN and racking up more tution cost... If anyone has any info/suggestions, PLEASE let me know!?!?!?
