Good thing lady m is a trooper and you got someone to enjoy exercise with. I remember those company runs i forgot what it's called but you run half a mile stop, do pushup or situps or whatever and I'll be the only one not sweating. I miss being in that shape, now I sweat from just a short little jog......... thanks for taking us along.

Syill say hills and stairs suck. Played basketball all my life, we would do 10 flght of stairs after every loss. It sucked, and yes ive pucked, very grueling

Awesome video. That guy with the Bumblebee truck must get around, I saw him in traffic when I was there. That old rusty looking truck and bike won't be getting fixed up. They make them that way on purpose. They are called Rat Rods.
