My daughter doesn’t mouth breath but she still has tonsil stones. When I checked them they are funny jaggy shaped so easy for things to get stuck in them. What can I do for her. The smell is awful and she brushes and flosses. She isn’t sick often but has phlegm at the back of the throat all the time.

Yes they can! Many people are able to lose fat more by simply learning to breathe less!

Thanks doc for video. You talk a bit fast and giving lotsa info. But good info. I had my first upper left front tooth implant a year ago. Was all a bit scary. I followed advice of surgeon and dentist. Took a year to put titanium implant in and let it heal and fix in. After the implant was cut free, my dentist put on a porcelain crown on it. Both were happy with result and I must admit both did awesome job. And YES I do maximum on cleaning/floss/brush. Happy I did it, approx. 2.500 euro.

I just have a note in my note app that’s for in case I fall asleep in the middle of the day and the title just says “read it you jackass” and it just says” it’s the same day you fell asleep on” and the reason I called myself a jackass cause it’s always nice to lower your self esteem yourself so it’s not much worse

Nitric oxide is increased with estrogen and acts on the trl3,4.it inhibits cytochrome C oxidase making the tissues deficient in oxygen and reuduces c02 production which acts as(or should act) as the main vascolidator

Uncontrolled diabetes, smokers, age (too young - under 18 or too old, over 80), bleeding problems (sometimes caused by taking blood thinners), cancer and going through cancer treatments, bone loss in jaw. Lastly, poor dental hygiene. You still need to clean the implant posts.

Thanks for the explanation! Trying the similar training for more than a year. What’s the best way to reliably relax throat, chest, and diaphragm during these breathing pauses?

Is not posible to have to much co2. Because this will adjust. Indeed, if you gain co2 tolerance you will be more eficciente, and you will breath less, during the day, you will be more relaxed, and your inmune sistem will be more poywrfull, that DR BUTEYKO discovery! Less you breath more oxigen gets the cells

Permanent standard time would be ideal. I don't naturally wake up until mid-morning. DST artificially advances the clock one hour ahead of the real time, making it appear later, when it is not. Forcing people to wake up and go to bed one hour early really grinds my gears, as someone who wakes up somewhat later. Who cares is sunrise would be around 4:30am in June? I would sleep through that by a good 3-3.5 hours. Darkness by just after 8pm would be welcome, since I enjoy night vibes. When it is dark out at night, it feels peaceful, free from the noise of the day. The later sunset clock times ruin that for me. I'd also welcome temperatures cooling down earlier, so I wouldn't need to blast my A/C as much before bed.

Now explain how holding your pee is healthy because too much urinating deprives your body of urine
@orange-dm8fxАй бұрын
What he’s talking about is true. Have you never studied respiration?
@Electricz0Ай бұрын
This is correct, but a really confusing explanation in my opinion. I will put it like this: Breathing rapidly lowers CO2 concentration in the blood, which decreases blood acidity, which reduces oxygen release by hemoglobin, which reduces oxygen absorption by tissues.
@shizo1013Ай бұрын
And this is why you dont hyperventalate before holding your breath in water. It might make you feel like you can hold it for longer but your actual timer is still the same. People pass out underwater without feeling like they need to breath sometimes due to co2 not building up because co2 build up causes the pain when holding your breath.
@finchisneatАй бұрын
02 delivery is not dependent on co2 buildup
@AmanpreetSinghDDSАй бұрын
CO2 levels determine your body’s pH which in turn determines whether oxygen will detach from hemoglobin and go to your cells

Wtf, the body excretes CO2 because it is toxic and acidic. That’s why we can’t hold our breath underwater due to CO2 buildup.

@khabibyeets277Ай бұрын
Theres nothing to scam lol. Hes describing respiratory acidosis vs respiratory alkalosis. Hes just trying to dumb it down
@FirstnameLastname-jd4uqАй бұрын
I mean having co2 levels drop quickly is an issue because it can make our blood become too alkaline. It's the reason why when you hyperventilate you get symptoms like pins and needles, dizziness, and fainting

I don’t understand the logic so the teeth can grow back but only if it needs to grow back a little bit? Makes no sense.
@AmanpreetSinghDDSАй бұрын
If a cavity that is forming is still only in the enamel, then it can be reversed. But, once it reaches the dentin, then it can’t grow back anymore.
