Bro wtf, the way you isolate each part of your body to do the moves, while keeping the supporting arm perfectly still is unreal, and in less than 2 years, respect.

Most motivating video I've ever seen. You made an incredibly fast progression. What the best source would you recommend to learn handstand and one arm progression? Thank you
@juanptellezful4 жыл бұрын
I just stumbled upon your video. Very inspiring to see your progress. If I may ask: what books, people, or other resources would you recommend for both handstands/hand balancing and flexibility (it’s clear from the video that you have achieved the middle splits)?

Thank you for uploading this video. It is really motivating to see how you passed from not being able to do a simple handstand, to a beautiful one arm handstand. I will keep training!

How did you get the flexibility to do the side flag handstands ? I can't figure those out . I need a mentor :(
@tilmanrotationalinvariant22577 жыл бұрын
how is that motivating?^^ it looks like you breeze through it and I have even problems with my flexibilty despite that I'm stretching everyday in my 3h every day gymnastics training! No, jokes aside, did you just practise or how did grow that fast stable in your body while doing one arm? I'm doing quite a lot of exercises but my hips are often doing what they want. Two arm is easily stable:/

this looks amazing! I would love to try it myself, but I'm scared of aggravating my elbow injury from last year. =( I think I'll stick to yoga for now, but maybe once I've built up some more core and arm strength I'll give it a go.
@funnycompilations93 жыл бұрын
Arm and core strength will increase naturally, if u practise

Did you eat just after you finished your training in order to recover and "cure" your muscles?

Yes, i always eat after my training.

Super motivating work! I also have a background in martial arts and kickboxing, and it's translating well into my hand balance training. I'm taking a little bit of step approach, working on other poses like the crow, and bent knee/straight leg lever before serious handstand training. Thanks for the inspiration.

Really inspiring! I wanted to do this and then saw your video. I doubt I will be as good as you, but I will try my best. Even if I have to wake up early every day and train. You're a big inspiration.

Really impressive, how old was you when you started training handstands?

Thanks, i started a 19 years old.

I've found this to be really motivating. I use to think handstands were just something even kids can do, but now after getting into calisthenics I see how difficult and how much of an art form it is when seeing people balance on their hands in amazing different positions.
@Linzw448 жыл бұрын
your a beast, fast learner for sure .. did you have gymnastics backround ?
@sanchezquentin96198 жыл бұрын
Thanks, no i didn't have a gymnastic background.
@alexh.45148 жыл бұрын
What kind of calisthenics training, if any, did you do to build up your core strength for handstands back at the beginning when you were still using two hands?
@sanchezquentin96198 жыл бұрын
I didn't do special exercice for core strength, before practicing hand balancing i was into boxing and martial arts and my workout were very commons( pull up, push up, pistol squat...). By the way you don't need a huge core strength to hold a good handstand.
