I used to be a night owl but decided I wanted to change that and experimented for a good 2 months during my summer holidays (giving myself enough time incrementally to adapt). At first, even when I was able to naturally wake up at 7AM, I was tired throughout the day (even coffee didn't help). However, I stuck by the routine and now I get tired around 9PM to get to bed around 10-11PM and wake up at 7AM to feel refreshed for the WHOLE DAY. If you just give your body enough time, it'll work wonders in adaptation. I used to miss the night, but now I'm happy feeling like the day I have is longer.

It seems that I do tap into flow, recovery seems to be lacking because of the resources that I have, but the thought that runs in mind during recovery is whether or not the goal matters, so it would be helpful if a video on realising what goals to set would be nice

I want to understand how to boost these motivators for whatever you are in currently...not everyone has the luxury for a career shift, hence I'd love to know that how as a college kid can I work on my motivators to do better in academics, because switching career paths isn't really on the cards

Another reason you might be stopping while sending a text is because you're more aware of the world around you. From my experience, people who walk while on their phones _think_ they're good at doing so, but they're really just oblivious! Stopping your walk instead of trying to multitask is just common sense which gets lost as people walk around with their phones more.

This video advises some useful tricks, however it forgot the most important point when building a habit: Have a positive alternative for the habit you want to get rid of, in this case know what you really want to spend your time on. Sit down and think without a filter and without distractions, what do you want to try, do or achieve?

Ngl this video took me a lot of procastrination just to watch, I finaly watched it after some detoxing, and man I did feel better. Now if theres one thing ive learned about playing video games, its that you have to be immersed with the experience, with all the challenges and the leveling up, because if your playing the game while thinking of doing another thing you want, it becomes boring, and thats really i think what Gen Z is facing, as their reality is just not in touch with reality as it is, and thats why they cant change it for the better, because they only decide to live in another reality, but in the end youll be back to where you were, like going to a hotel because your house is messy, just for you to be back in the same place again.
