In this Lotus i see the british tradition of grand tourer for the british gentry or high class people like Armstrong Siddeley, Lanchester, Lagonda, Alvis, Jensen, Sunbeam, great saloon or typical english limousines from Austin, and obviously Bentley, Jaguar and Rolls-Royce for the 2020 years, not only a sport car.

In my opinion, maybe in blu or dark colors not in yellow or red, this Lotus sedan / saloon is a elegant vehicle, better than too sporty Porsche Taycan, yes it is strange to consider a Lotus like a normal executive car, but this Lotus sedan is a rare and posh executive car, in Italy this Emeya sell well better than Maserati berlina

You are comparing MG of old and MG of the present as being similar, when in fact they are like chalk and cheese. Please refrain, as any classic car enthusiast knows that MG as an iconic British marque is long dead.
@TarmacLife15 күн бұрын
Thanks for your comment. Dave is old and British and as such holds on to the names of his youth. Despite MG being revived by the Chinese, don't you think it's good that these old iconic names continue? Maybe further generations may take the time to look up images of the old MG's on the roadside with their bonnets up - love nostalgia and love these names to continue - regardless of whom takes them on.

Weird front seat thingy. Needs 800V if it's going to be a family holiday vehicle to minimise charge times. Lower cabin plastics very poor. Steering needs better calibration. ADAS is to overbearing needs a quick kill button. And where is the rear parcel shelf? Disappointing.
@Harhawink19 күн бұрын
needs 800V? None of its rivals has 800V to offer.
@TarmacLife19 күн бұрын
Get your points but the 'goods' far outweigh the bad
@AndrewLumsden19 күн бұрын
@Harhawink So is that a reason to rule it out? If KIA want to compete, they need to include as many features as are possible. If the EV9 and Ioniq5 etc can charge at 800v there should be no reason not to include it on the other cars produced by the group.
@Harhawink19 күн бұрын
@ this is a cost thing. EV9 and also EV6 are pretty expensive cars. EV5 comes from a different angle. It is supposed to be fairly affordable large family car. Not everyone drives long distances and even still EV5 will be performing amazingly. EV9 and EV9 charging speeds are on par with Porsche. Cars that cost double or tripple the price of a Kia. Sharing same oroginal Rimac tech.
@Cobnapint19 күн бұрын
@@Harhawink It wouldn't cost them that much to add 800V architecture. It is bigger than the EV6 after all, and that has it.
