This entire ALBUM is fantastic but Unwritten makes me cry and smile at the same time.

❤i've been in love with Beth since about the mid-80s. Her voice, her lyrics, her looks. Seems like she's singing directly to me only, although I'm happy to share her. In fact, I've turned on about five people to her. Mick Jagger is the closest male equivalent, and early Bob Dylan, too, up to about the Desire album. 😂 when it comes to actresses, Uma Thurman and Emily Blunt have a similar effect.

It reminds me of the early songs of Van Morrison-Astral Weeks- and John Martyn- Solid Air -and Nick Drake.
