I remember being 18, and having just graduated High School the first time I heard She Cries Your Name. I instantly fell in love with her voice. Well over 25 years later, and she still mesmerizes me with her beautiful and unique sound. I’m now very excited for this new album.

Bought this album 2 days ago at my local Barnes and Noble where I was quite pleased to find it for immediate purchase. I've been playing it in the car the last couple of days while running errands and also during the rare act of visiting a friend, which meant a longer drive than usual, which meant more listening to than usual. I have yet to really sit down with the lyrics and listen intently to each song, but I have to say that, preliminarily, overall, this is wonderful new musical territory for Orton - neither electronica nor adult folk pop, but something more amorphous...something to really get lost in. Mildly discordant and dissociative, but mellifluous. Ponderous, yet prolonging. Sublime and torturous.

Por la mañana, todo está amaneciendo. In the morning, all is dawning En la quietud del día In the stillness of the day La niebla se eleva, las joyas se alinean Mist is rising, jewels aligning Y las sombras se desvanecen And the shadows fall away Y el mundo llamándome And the world calling out to me Pero el mundo fuera de mi alcance But the world out beyond my reach Casi me dan ganas de llorar Almost makes me wanna cry El clima es tan hermoso afuera The weather's so beautiful outside Casi me dan ganas de llorar Almost makes me wanna cry El clima es tan hermoso afuera The weather's so beautiful outside Ella dijo que hay tres pasos She said there are three steps Hasta la orilla del agua Down to the water's edge Toma uno, dos, tres Take one, two, three Y allí en la raíz del árbol And there at the root of the tree Espérame, espérame Wait for me, wait for me A media luz, casi a la luz de la luna In the half light, almost moonlight Correremos desnudos por el césped We'll run naked 'cross the lawn Todo está aumentando, todo transpirando All is rising, all transpiring Y nuestra sombra respira el día And our shadow breathes the day Y el mundo se me cae de las manos And the world is falling from my hands Y las palabras más de lo que puedo pedir And the words more than I can ask Casi me dan ganas de llorar Almost makes me wanna cry El clima es tan hermoso afuera The weather's so beautiful outside Casi me dan ganas de llorar Almost makes me wanna cry El clima es tan hermoso afuera The weather's so beautiful outside Casi me dan ganas de llorar Almost makes me wanna cry El clima es tan hermoso afuera The weather's so beautiful outside Casi me dan ganas de llorar Almost makes me wanna cry El clima es tan hermoso afuera The weather's so beautiful outside Y el amor, el amor que nos dan And the love, the love that we're given Nos traerá de vuelta a la existencia Gonna bring us back into being Y el amor, el amor que estamos dando And the love, the love that we're giving Nos traerá de vuelta a la existencia Gonna bring us back into being Algo como, algo como, algo como Something like, something like, something like Algo como, algo como Something like, something like Deslizándose de mis manos, cayendo de mi alcance Slipping from my hands, falling from my grasp Más de lo que puedo soportar More than I can stand Cobrando vida, está cobrando vida Coming alive, it's coming alive Todo está cobrando vida It's all coming alive

Hi, I’m a witness to some serious murders and corruption and am one of the people under constant attack from frequencies. I protect myself from part of it with sheets of metal. Nearly been heart attacked several times. Wood and metal. The people doing it are pathetic monsters but have all the power over organisations supposed to be public. Love the music. Hope your condition improves xxx

They have used this anti dissent weapon on CIA officers and blamed it on Russia. Pretty sure they used on Winona Ryder and others. First symptom is insomnia. You can hear it. New York Post reported a story on Covid symptoms being buzzing and fizzing. There is more to the 5G grid they shot up globally during austerity.

Radiohead is often associated with or compared to late Talk Talk / and recently deceased Mark Hollis, who was the first person I thought of in terms of having similarity to this new material by Orton. I would like to think that he would feel kinship with her and give her his vote.

"Weather Alive' by English singer-songwriter Beth Orton, who is best known for her "folktronica" sound, from her 2022 studio album, also titled 'Weather Alive'. kzbin.info/www/bejne/gJy2c5qibZdqbqc (Great to ahve her back!) Lyrics: In the morning When you’re dawning In the stillness of the day Mist is rising, jewels aligning And the shadows meet the day And the world calling out to me But the world's out beyond my reach It almost makes me wanna cry The weather’s so beautiful outside Almost makes me wanna cry The weather’s so beautiful outside “She said there are three steps Down to the water’s edge Take one two three And there at the root of the tree Wait for me, wait for me.” In the half light, almost moonlight We’ll run naked ‘cross the lawn All is rising All transpiring and our shadow breathes the day And the world is falling from my hands And the words will never understand (more than I can ask) It almost makes me wanna cry The weather’s so beautiful outside It almost makes me wanna cry The weather’s so beautiful outside And the love, the love that were given Gonna bring us back into being And the love, the love that were giving Gonna bring us back into being Something like something like something like Slipping from my hands Falling from my grasp More than I can stand Coming alive It’s coming alive It’s all coming alive
