My friend h Sadly went through this but was given a cold cot I think it's called which gave her so much longer then 10hrs such precious time hats off for the hospitals finding more ways to extend things and change things for the better she was also able to take her baby home instead of a funeral home

I didn’t understand the grief or the strength of the parents of a stillborn until I worked L&D. Worst one was when a guy I knew in childhood came in with his wife and their child died shortly after birth (there was no indication of any kind that this would occur). I did the memorial stuff and told my coworkers not to tell them about me because he’d had a bit of a crush on me when we knew each other and I didn’t want to upset him or his beautiful wife. That and every other incident where a baby didn’t make it I usually had to sit in my car and cry before I went home. I’m so sorry for every loving parent that lost their baby. Nobody deserves that

I have never lost a child but my son went into distress during labor and I truly thought he might die, and he did have to go to the NICU. The idea of someone telling me, “you can have another,” makes me sick. I don’t want another, I want him, and I bet that’s how all of you feel about your children. I’m so sorry for everyone who’s here because of a loss.

I'm so sorry, parents. I lost my baby too. He wasn't stillborn, they had to deliver him fourteen weeks early to prevent that. He never had a chance, but we at had seven months with him before he died.😢

Lydia was moving excessively, because she wasnt getting enough oxygen. Often this is a sign that there's active foetal distress. ( just for information, as I'm a Midwife) Its great for babies to kick. Excessive activity, "baby going nuts" as described by this mum, or very quiet babies, are bad signs. ( always count your kicks, if your baby is quiet)
