Chris great video. What about the height and length of the vane. The larger the vane the more air displacement, so one would assume more noise. What about testing the 3 or 4 different sizes of the AAE hybrid vanes? It also appears the "max stealth" you used are actually the AAE hybrids the max stealth say max stealth on them. its my understanding that the max stealth are quieter than the hybrids. Ive been using the AAE hybrid 26 on the new Easton sonic 6mm with a 1 degree left offset and have been very happy and impressed with them. They shoot great and are quite.

A buddy who is always admiring my bows but can't pull 60-70lbs (older neighbor, disabled Vietnam vet) came over yesterday with a vintage AMF Impact he picked up at a local garage sale. That thing was a TRIP to shoot and tune! He can play with that one for a while, and then we'll get him a low(er) poundage newer model later. Isn't AMF the old bowling ball company??? That's crazy.

I'm a fan, but that was the most slanted "challenge" ever. There was zero chance he was not going to give the nod to the new bow he's pimping.

30 years ago that bow would be top of the line pro level type stuff.

Need to get Chris in touch with Ranch Fairy aka Troy Fowler. He could get you set up with a pig arrow.

Best meat cooking advice I ever got, especially with pork, let that meat rest just five minutes once you pull it off the Traeger and it stays way more moist. Great vid!

Do these high poundage compound bows handle lighter arrows without affecting the bow?

I have the answer to your problem..... You need someone else to shoot the other bow..... Then you need to get out of that cramped space.....
@samuelrichards74814 күн бұрын
You should do this again, but less of a gap, maybe 3-10 years

For reference, Chris shot a 144 in the same test (50m) with a VXR 28 4 years ago. That bow is still a top shooter vs anything.

Still shooting a Halon 6 but the Lift 33 has finally got me chomping at the bit for a new one. Not that my Halon is bad but that 33 lift is lights out for longer shots and being stable. must resist....

Thats why we hunt in Kansas. Ive drawn there for 4 years in a row. and we have 3 different leases in eastern kansas. Its what i look forward to all year. More than my ohio lease. Ive bene hunting the same buck for the past 4 years. He was close to 200 last year, but we think he didnt make it because he was injured in december. But i will only know when we go back. ..Congrats

19:11 "There's a lot of arrow hanging out of him. " "Huh" "There's a lot of arrow hanging out of him. " Yeah. That's what a 400gn arrow with an expandable gets ya on a 150lb animal. You actually hit him almost right where you want the arrow to be. Just a little lower and that hog wouldn't have made it out of your site. Heart is very low, and definitely way more forward than you think.

Me and my good friend just went hunting out In Texas for hogs with our bow and we were able to get two on the ground
