Hello , thanks for posting this . i am also recovering from acdf 3-7 . on 3-19 . so tuesday will be 5 weeks !! i am back to work part time light duty . i’m glad you are doing well and hope the allergy issues clear up soon 🙏

I had c6-c7 13 of february. Im very good but my neck needs time ro recover i feel pain sometimes and i workout a lot to make it feel good as it was. No pain in my back and my arm at all except sometimes. You will be fine dont worry

After a week I didn't need to take what my doctor give you for the pain .. I only took Tylenol if I needed it. You'll be fine .. I just had my second ACDF surgery c5 - c6 last January 19 video is coming soon

N you have given me positive hope as I have cervical disc problem n I was become very depressed and sad . I thought I was not able to do anything n so many thought because of lack of knowledge about this. Then one day I come to notice your vedioes n I saw you have share your experience and even you are sharing vedioes of your activities that gave me positive hope n I thought may be I will have a good active life .. Thank you so much dear madam . I m living so far and unknown for you but your vedioes helped me a lot.. Thank you so much and again prayers for your good recovery.

How exciting! 🎉 I had one single leaf for about 6 years,just as I decided that was enough and pulled it out to bin it,😢 I saw a node below the soil level,I was so ecstatic! Now I have propagated 3 of them growing each a good size plant! So miracles do happen! So happy for you! 💚🪴
