Hello , thanks for posting this . i am also recovering from acdf 3-7 . on 3-19 . so tuesday will be 5 weeks !! i am back to work part time light duty . i’m glad you are doing well and hope the allergy issues clear up soon 🙏

my father is 67ur old, is it fine for older people having this surgery as considering recovery process, C4 bulged.?

You need to ask his orthopedic doctor if his a candidate for the surgery..
