How are the puma holding up? As i've got my future faster + for a little less than a year, and the carbon plating has started creasing/cracking in some places. Also how are the maxfly 2s?

@@kylesmith539 i never tried them out but ive seen it. i have pumas but i dont wear them often. just looking at the nitro 400 im not sure if its exactly durable because the foam looks like it can wear out if you wear it too much.

You should pick up a pair of Antepes Muscle Runners they really help with sprinting form and for out of season training before you put on spikes, they do take some getting used to, but it’s worth sort term pain for increasing your strength and speed

My son has the sp3 and I have the sp2 you are not missing anything. We both prefer maxfly for above 60m but he prefers superfly elite 2 for 60m and I’ve just got him the puma tokyo future faster to try for 60m too.the ones with fixed spikes.

These puma were pretty cheap. Not the nitro. Evospeed Tokyo future faster + it just has a stiff carbon plate no cushion. My son prefers no foam or bubble for 60m - these were £75 gbp

Great info on this system. More expensive systems are better of course. But if this system does the trick (30 metres flying is most important for us), then it is definitely worth the try. Our club has not much resources, so this could really be a great option. The battery 'problem' can be issued by the lower voltage of rechargeable batteries. They just deliver 1.2V-1.3V fully charged. Cheaper electronics can have issues with lower voltages (like my weather station). There are special types of rechargeable batteries like LiOn batteries which should perform better. also bro I’m a 3 year nutritionist u should get ur cortisol checked it could be affecting your times start increasing your test by competing mentally with other men and imagining reproductive scenerios. By far the best ways to increase test I’ve been studying for 3 years. Helped me run sun 11 first year of sprinting (HS.)

@@sUs_cheese10 it might work but i wouldnt recommend it. Its too stiff in my opinion and it can be painful for your feet because the plates so stuff turning on curves might be a problem. You can try it it may be different feeling for ya.

I NEED HELP, stuck between sp3's and maxfly 2's i am more of a power and longer strides, good starter and decent technique(a mix of an Asafa/Trayvon and Coleman), heavy toe dragger, huge on cadence angles and techniques, then powering through that, i am still improving as my last track personal best is 11.83 and 24.07 ,i am not sure between maxfly 2 or prime sp2, i have superfly elite 2's and they feel trash, no stiffness no response and unnecessary, i tried maxflys before a few times i borrowed from a friend and they felt amazing because of the stiffness but i heard the sp's are stiffer, please advice, i like to feel the ground more and power through the track, with your insight, knowledge and support will you help me?

@@dagestanmonkforJesus both are good if ya wanna feel closer to ground toe dragging prime sp3 us for you the plate is unbendable. maxfly 2 is better at the end of race harder to toe drag. If you want stiffer spikes while feeling the ground i think the sp3 are the best option for you. 👍

@@TheJordonHunter yes you need taller cones because your legs sometimes you run over the timers so you need taller cones so it can measure your kegs going through the timers. its ok system for the price. i still have them but if you want something reliable go for freelap my friends and coach uses that. Stay away from jawku speed that ones hit or miss and round 300 dollars

@@BricksTheRobloxian for hurdles maxflys 1 and 2 are good but they might be unstable because of the airpod. try adidas prime sp 2 or 3 there good for ground contact and help you get good energy return after each hurdle

@@kyochong44 i think one of the big changes over the last few years that sort of affected my performance was stress. i havent been handling stress too well in my life and as a result i went from 155 ibs in 2019 to round 170 ibs presently. The last 5 years i feel been very tough because i feel i lost alot of exploaivity. My top speed has decreased alot and my start is no longer too good. I tried switching coaches amd we saw some improvements in winter. This summer was tough as i teared my hamstring and upon returning i feel i didnt run a good race. Im trying hard to figure out the problem because i feel i havent changed much si.nce 2019
