@@kyochong44 terrible very bad 12.11 honestly my times are getting worse and worse last 4 years. It happens though id have my peak performance round 25 now im pushing 30 i see my self slowing down each year.

@@francis6249you were rocking nov 2019, with a pb upon return. what changes have you made to your training and diet since then?

@@kyochong44 i think one of the big changes over the last few years that sort of affected my performance was stress. i havent been handling stress too well in my life and as a result i went from 155 ibs in 2019 to round 170 ibs presently. The last 5 years i feel been very tough because i feel i lost alot of exploaivity. My top speed has decreased alot and my start is no longer too good. I tried switching coaches amd we saw some improvements in winter. This summer was tough as i teared my hamstring and upon returning i feel i didnt run a good race. Im trying hard to figure out the problem because i feel i havent changed much si.nce 2019

@@francis6249 15 pounds will hold you back significantly, how tall are you? I know the dreaded hamstring tear all too well, I hope you feel 100% by the time winter track comes around
