Wookie has a harness with a neck of 14" / 36cm. In some harness brands that's a medium-size and in others it's large... So, make sure if you buy online measure around your dogs neck and use a chart provided by the harness brand to select the correct size. The neck is the only measurement I really worry about when g=buying a harness unless it's a strange long design.

May I suggest something I found for my two Malshis?! The best thing I have ever purchased is called a Velcro mesh shoulder strap harness- on Amazon- my dogs were pullers. I have over ten different styles and every “no choke” harness choked them. As you know, very easy to collapse their throats. This is the ONLY one made this way and it has changed their lives. No more hacking or escaping! It’s simply two holes for front paws and wraps around their body like a circle/ fastens on top. It is IMPOSSIBLE for it to touch their necks. I highly suggest this for anyone who has an excited dog that pulls. They are approximately 27.00 (US). Best money I have spent on my pups. Order a size up- they run small. Your baby seems not to pull, but maybe he would like one. They are very breathable. I can’t drop links on YT, but if you search exactly what I wrote above it will come up❤

I have the same dog and had issues for the longest time with picky eating. I finally found out that Maltese or not like regular dogs and they don’t need a super high protein diet. They love, veggies and fruit.. 🍉 but I feed it to them only once a day maybe six blueberries. They’re extremely picky eaters. A list of food I feed my dog is..(treats) blueberries watermelon papaya cantaloupe. (Regular-food), Cooked Broccoli, carrots, white rice, cooked chicken breast, beef only once in a while. Homemade beef and chicken broth. Cooked Green beans,cooked sweet potato and some times regular potatoes. They love love love veggies and fruit. Mine loves honey due melon in the mornings. lol I could never get him to eat canned dog food or hard dog food. They are the pickiest little eaters and once I got in a routine of finding what he likes, he eats all the time. His favorite is a little chicken with carrots, chicken broth, green beans, and a little bit of white rice. I hope this helps:) if he still won’t eat, I sprinkle a tiny bit of shredded cheese on top and he gobbles it up! I think they think they’re human. They don’t eat a lot. They have very sensitive stomach. Good luck my🍀 ❤

A very different experience to my Malshi Wookie. We try to feed scraps and veg but she'll pick it out of the bowl unless it chopped very fine. I wish she would eat more of a varied diet. Be a bit careful with fruit, just in terms of tooth care.

It really depends on how active your dog is and how often they're washed. Short daily brushes would make it easier to maintain. The longer the period between each brush results in more knots. If you can make the brush routine fun it will be easier to brush the dog. Daily brushing might get too much for yourself and the dog. I aim for a few times a week and a wash at least once a month.

Hopefully you have some special memories of Bonnie. They give us so much love, it's impossible not to be heartbroken. My Wookie is 9 years old now, she's healthy but it's already on my mind. So I give her a great life and loads of love while I can.

I really enjoyed your video and your dog. I have a Malachi girl. She hates grooming. She’s gotten hurt and mistreated at the groomer’s. I know she’s aggressive and hard to groom, but I don’t want her mistreated. Therefore, I’m learning myself. I do it a bit at a time. We’re both learning to be patient and get it done. I love your orange brush. Will you share the brand name with me please? I can’t find it. Thanks.

I cant find the same brush any more. Closest i can find would be Hertzko Dog Brush - Soft Pin Bristle or Emours Pet Rubber Grooming Brush would do a similar job. Both aren't as small though

I can’t get my hyper yorkie/dachshund puppy to let me put a harness on him…he’s 12 lbs and strong, gets his lower jaw around it and starts chewing..then he goes fighting when I try to snap it around his tummy, that’s when I get the neck section out of his mouth! I’ve tried everything and no luck. I really need help since we both need to get outdoors and exercise.

I have a Malshi puppy...his name is Noah and he is 15 weeks old. You forget how much work a new puppy is...he was a few days shy of 8 weeks when when got him. He picked up basic commands quickly but when in a state of toy overload, he does as he pleases. He is sweet as can be. Now that his teeth are in its getting better for our fingers and toes. 😅 We had a beautiful Maltese her name was Mojo as well as a Bischon Poo his name was Lucky...they reside now at the Rainbow bridge. My new puppy looks like both of my previous dogs, whom we loved so much. Noah has lessened the pain of the loss of our Bischon this past July 28th. All animals are precious but dogs rule❤

Our malshi is 3 years old now and she hasn't grown since she was 3-4 months old, she weighs only 4kg and is tiny! She is very fast though and loves to go on long walks. She is basically a full-grown dog but the size of a puppy lol

I bought the harness at a local market. If you look on amazon there are two brands that look very similar EcoBark and Puppia. They're listed as a soft dog harness.
