My names Jess and i’m 12 turning 13 and i’m currently on pre open, i’ve been dancing for 3 years and during the time i’ve had one leg surgery and two heart surgery’s so i’ve missed out on a lot. I’ve always struggled with turn out and my goal is to go to worlds next year if i can finish pre open. This workout was really helpful and i can already see improvement. Great advice ! I try to show interest in others and reach out to friends I haven’t heard from in a while. I never want to be that person that only has people around that can do something for me. Especially in the entertainment industry which is very self absorbed , reaching out to an elderly neighbour or doing something for others is really rewarding,

Hi, I'm Tyna, I'm 30 from Czechia and I have no dancing or sport background. I just do some yoga and pillates challenges for fun, so I decided to try this to improve my posture. I sometimes use modification I know from yoga, because I am not able to do some exercises and I do,'t want to hurt myself, but so far this is fun. And it is also interesting to compare differences between profesional body and amateur.

EVERYTHING about Riverdance, is my favorite part !!!❤ From it's beginnings at the 1994 Eurovision Song Contest, to today.(2024). I am a black woman and my older sister and I, had been trained in ballet as kids; I'm now 59 and I'm considering joining an adult Irish dance class. I thank everyone imvolved, who brought this legendary show to life. Whenever I'm having a rough day, I watch the show and I feel like I'm transported somewhere peaceful and beautiful, where I can forget my problems. 🥰🤗God bless all of you !!;
