One thing that helped me keep my feet against the wall is putting your feet in a kind of starting block position. So toes flat to the floor and heels pushed against the wall. This also engages your calves when doing the squat portion.

Pretty sure your feet are supposed to be against a wall or something sturdy, as your feet push against it and don’t touch the ground

I saw an explanation on these a year ago, and tried them the other day....did them TOTALLY wrong! I was putting my feet way high so that they wouldn't drop off the wall, pressing them into it with my shoulders. Did a couple sets of 20 and was done for the day. I'll adjust and see if this is easier.

From what I understand. Your knees are not supposed to fluctuate as much as this illustration is providing... The knees are to remain parallel with the floor throughout the whole motion.

Please take note of how his pelvis is active in keeping his lower belly tucked. Keeping an almost downward facing arch throughout his body throughout the whole pushup. Don't slack up or straighten out too much on the way down. Keep that full core activation. Remember, your lower abs connect directly to the pelvis. This is why you do leg raises to target that area. So imagine that muscle is pulling your pelvis inwards towards your bellybutton ( Don't over exaggerate this. You'll be able to tell when enough contraction is enough.)

Did 50 today, 5 reps of 10. They are very tough. But I like that it’s a full body workout. I plan on moving up to 100 a day after my body gets used to pushups again.

The intermediate variation is the perfect one for range of motion and benefits. Touch your knees to the ground when you go back. Lift your knees off the ground when you go forward to do the pushup. The range of motion is superior to the advanced version.

I'm not so sure about that muscles worked diagram with the lats in full red. Everywhere else you hear that push exercises can't build the lats, only pulling.

I like this alot I had a procedure twice from two different doctor's yet they haven't fixed my elbow injury. Also I dont have enough money to for another procedure as I am only a student. The only bicep workout I can do is hummer curls. Is there any bicep curl variation I can do?

You can do alternative biceps cur, or barbell curls, but be careful if you have injury, try to do perfect technique !
