I've been considering pressing the button on a q1 pro for about 2 months but wanted to know if the issues the reviewers expressed had been addressed. I'm.at the beginning of your videos let's see.... 😊

Yo buds , thanks for making it simple . Was looking forever to get a little inspiration to make a simple box out of pallets and almost gave up I’m probably not gonna square the boards with a table saw and keep it rough , still sand it though Thanks , you good teacher Most everyone makes it confusing
hope he has the video of it after that half ass roof caves in cuz it ant gonna make it long. the doors should survive the collapse since he put more effort in them than the roof support

Thanks for the helpful review. A bit wordy, I feel like you could have said all the sane content in half the time. But I;m grateful fro the content and that you did this. Demonstrating it on different types of wood was a good idea.
@DanBlackRacingАй бұрын
You only downside of this design is spiders. You got to spray it once in awhile because spiders love to hang out inside of pallets.
@DoubleBitsWorkshopАй бұрын
You're definitely on to something there, though we have spiders in every structure in our area, including our house and cars! Spraying once a year cuts down on them marginally though.

Thank you for the video! Raise your anvil up and save your back. When standing with your arm down at your side make a fist with your primary hand and the top of the anvil should be at the same height as your knuckles. Open the air valves at the top of each burner and you can adjust them to get a neutral flame ( one that burns equal fuel/ oxygen mix) like adjusting a carbonator. I get mine in the mail today and this really helps me know what to expect!
@DoubleBitsWorkshopАй бұрын
You're absolutely right about the anvil height! I'm going to make sure that I raise it up before I start working.

@DoubleBitsWorkshop2 ай бұрын
@@kensalvatore4672 it's a gained skill over time, but also you can adjust the show placement so the ball of your foot is more on the wooden block decreasing the toe pain. But they are putting your foot into a heal 👠 like shoe position.
@kensalvatore46722 ай бұрын
@@DoubleBitsWorkshop i see, because I'm too heavy to wear this version, currently I'm modifying it to the version which has thicker wood block so i don't have to walk on the ball of my toe

Where's the on switch?
@DoubleBitsWorkshop2 ай бұрын
The on switch is on the top, but plugging in the unit trips the Killswitch so you have to press the reset button on the plug first so the unit will turn on. It's a safety feature

I need to replace the slider tubes on my Ryobi TSS103 due to rust. Your video of getting the sliders free is on fast speed and goes by so fast (or blocked by your arm) that it is hard to get the gist of it all. Also, I’ll need to separate the tubes from the saw motor and you did not cover that. Is there another video that does?
@DoubleBitsWorkshop2 ай бұрын
The rear part is only held on by an torx bit or Allen key screw. Mine was second hand and missing the screw, but it doesn't effect the unit at all. It pressure fits on really tight. As for the front I didn't need to remove anything from it to service my unit, so I didn't take it apart.

Prop the lid open with the lid clamps while you're drying, only seal it when you're done drying and no longer have it powered on e.g. storage.

You started by spending some time taking about how u were going to clear the area etc. which was fine. But u then said nothing about how u were connecting the pallets together, how u were actually building the shed. I would have preferred it was the other way round. Still, great looking shed!!🙂👍

I'm sure someone has advised you, but if you use a 20 amp breaker, you need to upgrade your wire from 14 guage to 12 guage. using 14 guage wire on a 20 amp circuit breaker can cause a fire because the wire will catch fire before it trips the breaker. I am not an electrician, so you should probably speak to one, but be careful just changing breakers without changing the wire.

I purchased it last week and it didnt seem to work very well and the prongs on the plug are SUPER slim and flimsy, one broke off in 4 days. The plugs on top dont stay in very well. Seems super cheaply made and not very sturdy.. it also gets REALLY hot on the bottom and makes the table super hot. I ended up having to put a marble trophy bottom under it so it wouldnt warp the table.

Great review, thanks. As a beginner woodworking hobbyist, I recently purchased my workmate 425, from Home Depot. I plan on using it for small diy furniture projects, and as a mount to wax my skis, or cut down my hockey sticks. I mentioned this to my dad, and he told me about the work mate his parents gifted him in his 20s, in the early 70s, and it’s still in working order.
