Such a please to listen to you Mark!!! How long did it take for this piece to dry? And how did you eventually seal the piece?

Gorgeous! I am obsessed with creating eyes and this piece really takes it to another level where I see the eye expanding beyond our physical limitations. If that makes sense. Love it! For me, I'd like to see more gold tones and universe tones and glitters. But wow! This is brilliant! Thank you.

You are an interesting person, Mark. It is obvious from this masterpiece that you spent a lot of time thinking of how you would execute the painting, you were well prepared for this. But when the time came, the smile and the spark in your eye said that your intuition was going to take over. What a great complement of qualities! I think your use of semi-transparent colors was a fantastic choice. The shading of the mixed colors added uniqueness to the cells on both sides - the inside of the cell, the line around the cell and the halo around the cells. This gave the piece depth. The split canvas was brilliant because while a piece on just black or white would still be gorgeous, this screams, “Look at me, I have so much to show you!” Last week I likened your painting to the human body. This week’s makes me think of the nature of people. When we meet someone, much of who they are is easily discernible. This is the white side. The black side, however, are the joys, sorrows and experiences that one wouldn’t normally share upfront. You have to put in an effort to see the beauty hidden inside. I think I can say that this painting has had the most emotional impact on me than any other I’ve seen from any artist. Thank you! ❤

That’s ok, not to worry 💙💙💙 this was about community spirit and bringing people together, which it did so it was a great piece to create.

WOOOOOOOW, Mark, this piece is so special and absolutely stunning that I can't even find proper words to write down how much I love the look of it. It's nearly like my brain got blocked by all those endorphins from watching this video - LOL. The split base was a brilliant idea. Both sides have their beauty and their charme in their own way and I love that you left some of the white negative space on the canvas. I would probably hang it the other way around with the black to the bottom. Awesome job 🖒💖 Are you going to varnish it?
