Yep, it sucks they don’t produce them anymore. From what I’ve heard the gen 5 didn’t sell well.

I'm waiting on tires, just finished the trans and transfer case swaped and filled this 91 eclipse gsx is got 20lbs I'm still waiting on this first drive!! Almost there!!!

His is OEM. My 1ga talon also has it too. I’ll be honest I hate it. lol it’s warped and it leaks. I plan on deleting it and putting a piece of carbon fiber in its place.

@2:46 Those are Desmond Regamaster Evos, which was also sold by Spoon Sports as the SW388 which is shown @9:45. The slipstreams are a knock off of this wheel.

I have an 85' Turbo myself and how he describes the performance is exactly identical to mine. Looks like you have a front-mounted intercooler and the previous owner raised the boost from stock 5psi to 13psi. Was a night and day difference when I turned up the boost and it was surprisingly fast! Smoked my G35 from there on out. Great video

It definitely was. I miss AMS messing with evos and DSM’s. My buddy and I originally put it together around 2010. Never thought I would own it later on.

@@shaneomatic9188 I actually own the AMS Talon. :) It's setup now is nothing world beating like it was, but owning a piece of DSM history is pretty cool. Any updates on your DSM though?

@@basedemt6608 oh shit nice! yeah I posted a video update on it a while back but currently the car has been updated to DSM linkV3, installed a IAT harness & speed density to get rid of the maf, swapped to a Borg Warner 300 series turbo and we fabbed up a down pipe and some intercooler piping to make it work. It’s running and driving just working out the tune. It’s by no means making power yet but at least it’s alive now. Oh and I slapped in my 1600’s and got rid of the old 880 injectors.

They were flowmasters. The rest of the exhaust was stock other than the mufflers.

Depends. What are your HP goals? If you wanna stay on pump gas (93) …factory pump, boost a pump such as a VMP and injectors is all you need along with the tune of course. I would keep it under 700 just to be safe, not worth the risk on 93 to me. If you wanna be on e85 you need a return style fuel system. I have a fore innovations. Be sure to talk to your tuner about it.

@@brianpreston2911 yeah a VMP boost a pump is what you need. I run ID1050X injectors. That would probably be a good option for you too. They’re good for 93 and E85 and will be plenty for 700.
