You are forgetting that the G4 firmware updates will fix a lot of the initial issues. I for one have more assurance that LG will improve over time vs. other brands.

The muted brightness of an oled doesn't win me over. LED tv's are that good now you wouldn't know the difference, I've had that 'just like being there' effect far more times with an led. If you watch a side by side comparison of a snowy mountain scene there is no contest, I feel like I'm actually there with an led because the whites are pure white.

Guys, what you are being enthusiast about on the G4 on the videos is mainly its vivid contrast compared to the less saturated image on the B9. Only a few people though pointed out that those LG colors are totally off: there is a permanent green-ish tint that brings out unnatural scenes. It's ok to have strong contrasts but keeping consistency with the original source and intent of the videomaker is even more important to me (think of what we see at the cinema, no OLED there but still great experience). I believe that a properly calibrated B9 will reduce the gap even more and win easily, at least against the LG panel.

I was trying to get away with it by getting the qn90b on discount instead of the s90c which was the tv that my brother bought 😢. Then once i went to his house to unbox and review the s90c there was no going back unfortunately. I sold the qn90b and i bought the s90c as well 😂. I know that it's a different brand and different tvs overall but there's no comparison between a QD OLED, MLA, or even simple oled tvs with a mini qled or whatever. If that tv was cheaper like around 1.000 dollars lets say then it wolud be the best choice for a non oled tv but with that price?? No thank you, oled is the way to go and don't ever do the mistake i did with that qn90b crap 😢😢😢. Waste of resources really and just go and buy an oled no matter what, the cheapest you can find even if it's used, just do it and do yourselves a favor.

9:28 OLEDs are blindingly DARK and probably QD-OLEDS might have solved issues of blinding darkness. LG seems awfully dark and not dot show proper black color

$3,500 for a 75-in Sony Bravia 9? There is no doubt that so many processing is arguably better than the competition but I could get an open box 77 Samsung s95c for 2400!

Thank you KG for ruining my made up mind on buying the S90D, after seeing this video I went to BB and saw A80L in person and was impressed especially side by side to the A95L, and if the Sony Bravia 8 is better then the A80L that’s gonna be a problem😅

I saw your posts about the Bravia 9 blooming so I decided to get a 65 A80L. I upgraded from a X950G and the main reason was I can’t stand blooming. Loving the contrast of Oled thank you so much for helping me make the decision.

?? Hard to believe that the Bravio 9 looked "kinda" washed out next to the G4...what mode were the tvs in, filmaker? 🤔 ...I SWEAR that the recent viewing of the 85" Bravio 9 on Brian's channel looked MUCH BETTER..MORE VIIVID & BETTER COLOR SATURATION than this Sony!

Thank you for this Because this was confusing as all heck. Pretty sad about it since I wouldn't be able to fit a 55 inch in my room, so the 48 inch (being the size that I need) being a big downgrade was a real deal breaker.

This tv (91T in EU) will come out in the Netherlands later this month and I got a good offer for it, 1900 euros for the 75 inch with trading in my old 65 inch LG miniled from 2022. Since our living room is too bright for an OLED, these LG miniLEDS work for us

OLED will always look 'richer in colours' in pitch darkness. Bravia 9 (Mini-led) competes very well in normal light from other reviews that I saw, and dominates picture quality in sun-lit rooms vs any OLED...

I just purchased the 75" QN85C. I am not super picky about TVs so am pretty happy with it. Size is more important than whether it's OLED or QLED Would have preferred a 77", but not for $1000 more

It's a decent picture I've been using now on movies and games for about 200 hours ! I can tell you the sound is awesome! But for the price you can get a few tvs just as good for half the price. So to me it's a bit overhyped! I got this tv for my main game room we have 7 tvs in the house so I've compared this to 3 new tvs we bought this year .
