The 'keeper' does have a name - but we'll drag that out for a few days and make a video of it - a big reveal and oooohs and ahhhhhs ! The young male will go off to our friend, she wants to take a look at him over the next few weeks and see how he develops. The second female is a 'maybe' to our friend. Or if she says no, then we'll pair her up with a female from our friend and the pair will depart for their 'forever home' in a few weeks. I think we'll keep hold of BOTH females for a little bit, then the 2nd one will leave us, either to our friend, or to their forever home.

Ah yes, she is Marshmallow - mum of Stardust, daughter of Mummy. Marshmallow is quite young in that profile pic. When she was born, she didn't have the black markings - her Dad (Cromwell) - was also a Californian......hence the black nose and darker ears. She passed away in March 2023. The recent Democritus trio, they have Californian genes (as does their mum Democritus and their dad Figaro) - so we should see their noses darken in the coming weeks ! Marshmallow was a lovely piggy, never one that was hugely confident, she was in the crowd , not out in front. She got on well with Storm really well - Storm was her Great Great Granddaughter.

Scary isn't it !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Saturday is a maybe for Livestreaming - and Sunday is a likely yes for Livestream. Just arranging things with the young male in the litter with our friend at the moment, so he's a maybe for appearing on Saturday or the Sunday videos......if he's NOT rumbling ! Sunday is the absolute final day he'll be with his family. Sometimes they are slower to develop, and as there is only one male, he doesn't have a brother who might start rumbling earlier ! Playing it very much by ear at present. We have spare cages and grass runs when we split him.

Thanks so much 😊 Much appreciated indeed. We are gradually gaining Subscribers and the Long Video views ARE going up - overall the figures are improving, I can see that in the Analytics and Dashboard - really delighted with things. All nice and positive and we're enthused to keep things moving onwards. Watch Hours HAVE gone up - 38 additional hours from yesterday - but even at 921 we are still a bit away from 4000...............but 921 is closer than if we were at 0 or 1 ! These are a fabulous litter and so pleased we recorded them. Very kind words from yourself - thank you.

We had to get the phone from behind Democritus over to me and then record..........it was a delicate few seconds so I didn't miss the moment ! We had just done a new Long Video....and she posed like this.

We do try for comedic endeavour ! The window of opportunity to film this was very limited. Both my camera ladies will both be away for at the same time for 48 hours, the babies are pretty much at the split point for the young male and it was raining outside ! But we got it done.

A few days old I think - they were born in their home...not on the grass. We've yet to have a 'on the grass birth' !

So it's been a rather long and crappy last couple of days at my end-thankfully all over with now of course, but still leaves one feeling a bit drained-and I can't tell you enough how immediately happy it makes me to have your videos pop up and cheer me right off the bat from the moment I start watching them. There's something to be said for happy guinea pigs enjoying a munch out on the lawn together whilst a kindly soul narrates their doings. I always end up KZbin for the evening putz before bed and having yourself and your wonderful piggies pop up on my screen always helps to relax me and make me smile. Thank you for sharing them with us! ❤ Sending you all love from here in Massachusetts, US

Ah yes, absolutely. We find that if Mum (or the main female) is calm, then the other around will be as well. She is an utter delight - a lovely Guinea Pig.

As at today......15. Two of these are youngsters who will leave us in the coming weeks. It's all very carefully planned and structured. We do try to date most of the Short videos that we post up. We certainly don't have hundreds.....it might look it, but we really don't !
