you are right. but land area 5feet increased by the developerand will lay road further 3ft above.so no problem.and flood management in tamilnadu also was taking good steps.No worries

I went to see the site after seeing this promotion, very near outer ring road, close to Adyar river starting point, it floods every year. & normally water will raise above 8 feet

dont buy casagrand at all. they always take over government land, poromboke land, cremation ground and build houses there. The per sq ft rate is lower at casagrand due to this reason only. they dont have any title over the land at all. check all their projects location in google maps, everything located within lakes, marshland and rivers. criminals they are and no ethics, all houses constructed on anadheenam land, poromboke land.
