@@VigneshGautam Handover is in 2027 and there is an additional cost of approximately Rs 15 lakhs plus over and above the basis cost. There is no club house and swimming pool. Additional 15 lacs is too much without pool and club house

@@whitedevil1741 in simple words you are investing on a project not buying a product. Most of the people getting fooled by this gimmick term called under construction buy will save money and they will safely into their dream home. It’s better to buy resale flat on a negotiated price
