I feel she would have died due to the scorpions Rex’s as they can infinitely reproduce and their is no guarantee she could become immune to their poison which is deadly

Goji Center has already made a video about this topic, and he said that the Indominus Rex would not only survive here, but take over. She might even prove to a pack of Venatosaurus Saeviticus that she is a valuable ally, and she would eventually take control of the pack.

Since Camp Cretaceous is canon, if this hypothetical scenario were canon too, the Indominus would more than likely stumble upon the Nublar 5 and finish the job she couldn't the first few times. The same applies to any poor/ignorant sap who dared to step foot on the island unprepared. After a while, scorpios rex's asexual reproduction would end up endangering her food supply, forcing her to actively seek out and hunt any members of their species. After countless bouts with the scorpios rex species, she'd build up tolerance to their poison. The Empress of Nublar would likely never meet an equal match, since she would only grow larger, but would likely never reach her full size since Mt. Sibo would spell the end of her reign. That or some money-hungry millionaire/billionaire would abduct her from the island... either way, Nublar would have had a fearsome presence looming over the island.

The indominus was being overpowered by rexy even before the mosa launched his happy ass out. I think she would retreat, Owen, claire and the kids escape and evacuate the island successfully, And the indom stays in the wild grows to full size and becomes the dominant predator within the ecosystem

You did get the indominus rex size wrong. The one we see in the movie is actually confirmed to be 50 feet in length and wiegh 8 tons and the adult indominus rex is actually 55ft in length confirmed in multiple statements and guide books and wieghing at 10.5 to 11 tons
