That speaker at 50% because when the speaker boots up. Like when you're about to use it. That's its default volume so hold the Plus + button to increase volume to maximum and hold the - minus button to lower the volume down

just got me one, i really love it, they also raised the price to 11 bucks, the only difference now is that the leather part is only on a specific model, not this color face anymore, no big deal, i still really love this watch and happy to add it to my collection, i will buy another one in case they decide to stop production.
