Did this with a brand new troybilt after first five hours as recommended. However it would not start afterwords. Had to let it sit for about an hour before it finally struggled to start. Let it run out of gas before changing. Wtf?

I had just cleaned the carburetor on my troy built tb 110 and when I put the gas tank back on it must've put this out of adjustment. After I put everything back together, it was idling low. Did this and it fixed it! Thanks!

I have seen in other videos that it is recommended to replace the jet inside the carb. It is the white plastic part that you didnt change inside the carb. I think that is why it didn't want to start after you put it back together. I was thinking that as you put it back together and then when I saw the end of the video, my guess was correct.

On a cold mower, I just reached in under the tank with my fingers from back of motor and gave a slight push on the spring tab toward the front of mower to give minor increase in rpm. Took 5 seconds.
