Neil Peart was and will always be a huge inspiration to me 🙌❤ RIP Neil

My best friend told me about his passing and we shared that moment like we shared so many Rush concerts and late night gaming and drinking and eating binges to their music. Now it's been over a year since her own passing. Damnit

The thing I've always admired in Rush, beyond their ridiculous musicianship, is their working class roots.

A true "tribute" would be to have given this way better editing. His accomplishments deserve a proper "tribute".

I think what's crazy about this is, watch alex as a young man you can tell he's moody and undisciplined and depressed, then give him a guitar and an audience and he becomes a different person, he becomes laser focused and very happy, you can see him smile. It like watching Mr. Hyde turn into Dr. Jekle. you can tell this is what he was meant to be in life. Just amazing to watch him transform like that.

I remember when I first discovered RUSH, then became a hardcore fan, I thought these guys must have been the most serious, unapproachable bunch. Then after a while I came to realize that they were as goofy as I was. I’ve learned so much about music from them. Thank you Alex, Neil, and Geddy.

Alex laments the death of guitar driven rock. Maybe some young people will watch this and get inspired. Rap isn't music folks, it's talentless junk. 16:30 was a fitting end to this tribute
