It is very common for people who do combat sports, I am 49 and I just had it done last year. Just remember I will happen to you one day if you have taken elbows to head many times lol.

Wait … how can this be a draw??? I’m really confused - knock down 2:0 … did I miss something?
@8limbsUs4 күн бұрын
@sunnysangjiji this rule set is KO or draw. So, you can only win or lose by KO, otherwise it's a draw, as they don't award points or score.

I think they brought the best out of each other in this fight. Yodkhunpon was great of course but Namtaotong stole the show in many ways. Nam's knees were insane. The way he grabbed Yodkhunpon's arm and back of his head while he kneed were textbook.

I often become enthusiastic by your videos but I have never thought that once I will be so much touched and moved. Among many important things you mentioned your own depression and suicidal thoughts but without even a hint to having appropriate medical support in fighting them. I hope you already have this kind of help as well because first of all depression is an illness that can (and must) be treated medically. ....And yes, in the second approach, it is also a lesson that can teach us things about ourselves, allowing us to change and live our life on a higher level. But it usually takes a long time and you do not owe anybody with unnecessary, avoidable suffering in your everyday life. So I hope you have a doctor helping you with these struggles or you will have one ASAP. I wish you all the best from the deep of my heart. And of course Su Su! <3 :-)

My gran had this surgery. The main thing is to take the eye drops regularly & not to look down for a couple of weeks - they gave Gran a gripper to pick stuff up if she dropped it.

Hi! I have been looking for a country to do both horse riding and Muay Thai, they are my two passions. Are you in Thailand in the is video? Where abouts? I really miss training Muay Thai in Thailand but I really don’t know where to ride horses too. I would love to have both! Thanks

This is one the reasons why some functional strength-training that emulate the movements done in combat, is useful. These things, l reckon, shouldn't merely be regarded as blocks, but also as structures, that need to be structurally strong, stable.
@SebLin-s2v12 күн бұрын
52 Blocks, and many boxers do something similar, and although it is unconventional, there is something to these structures, especially for self-defence, dealing with strong jabbers, and intercepting bare knuckles on the tip of the elbow. Simultaneous defence and offensive potential. The concept of the Skull and Crossbones-guard in 52 Blocks is a good refence.

Trapping hands is known in many martial arts system. I learned trapping hands through the Wing Chun system. I've seen a few of the high level muay thai fighters do it in a match it's very fast and mostly in a very close range (clinch) when it happens it's something you would have to slow the video down in order to catch it because you would miss it in a split second if your watching at a regular speed. I'm not sure if it was Arjan Karuhats fight or another golden era fighter but they trapped there opponents arm and knocked them out with an elbow it was a beautiful set up.
