I had an interesting thing happen when you got to the heart and throat chakras.. the heart sound felt like something was pushing up towards my throat.. and the throat sound had me yawning almost uncontrollably, while my throat almost felt like it was tightening.. would you know what any of that is about? Don't get me wrong I feel very relaxed, like I'm probably going to go take a nap after I sent this! I just thought it was odd that I felt those things..
