Not worthit for 15M sobrang leet ng space. Sa 15M malaki na mabibili lupa nyan example lupa 5M tas yong house price 10M. Mas maganda kong yong owner ng townhouse na yan is for rent nalang or RnB

Try mo po bumili ng lupa sa Manila worth 10M kung gaano kaliit yun. Mahal po talaga ang property sa Manila kaya bago po magcomment research research din po.

Manila po ang location hindi probinsya. Central Manila pa near several private schools. Walang mura dyan. Sa probinsya, 3M house and lot na.
