Beautiful Townhouse but how Abt safety of the surroundings or area? Is it safe to live for? Is it inside Subdivision or Village with security guard n safe perimeter fence for Resident?

Naglalaway mga holdaper robbers så ganyang set up. 😅 Aabangan dumating yung may ari, pagpasok na pagpasok så gate sasalakay na sila. May dalawa nä akong ka kilala nä ganun ang ginawa, sadly, yung isä, patay yung mag asawa, yung isang case naman, inabangan yung pagdating ng tatay, nung pagsara ng gate, säkä sumalakay, binaril yung tatay, hindi na sya naka balik ng putok kahit may kargada din sya så bilis at galing nung mga kriminal, saka pinasok yung bahay para mag ransack, kung saan nandun ang buong pamilya.
