i used to enjoy take-out chinese Beef w Brocolli for years. I stopped, of late after finding strange tissue like tendons and sinews interspersed with unrecognizable cuts of beef

ils utilisent baking soda où du monosodium glutamate en poudre c'est comme du sel ! ils mélangent bien la viande et là garde au frigo pendant quelques heures avant de la cuire c'est un classic pour attendrir 🤔

You "cannot" slice "perpendicular" to the fibres. You cut at right angles to the grain. Why is it the Americans have almost zero idea of what the word perpendiclar means. Look up the word in the dictionary. Please stop using words you don't understand?!

MSG is glutamate, which makes the toughest meat more tender and is also a flavor enhancer. Glutamate should not be consumed in large quantities. If you use good meat, you don't need glutamate.
